A scheduled meeting belongs to a floor and a room. When it starts, joining does not open a link: it puts you in a seat in that room, in its call, muted until you speak.

Can I connect Google Calendar or Calendly?

Not yet. Both connections are in development and show in the app as a preview. Scheduling inside Remote Desk works fully without them: create meetings, invite people, collect RSVPs, get reminders and join straight into the room.

Can a meeting repeat?

Yes. Meetings can repeat daily or weekly.

What happens when someone arrives late?

While a meeting is live it takes over its room. Someone arriving knocks, and the people running the meeting let them in.

Is scheduling a paid add-on?

No. Scheduling is part of the office on every plan, including Free.
