AI Meetings

The meeting ends. The notes already exist.

Capture

Talk becomes a summary, not a to-do for later

The moment the room goes quiet, the AI has already pulled out what mattered — the decisions made, the owners assigned, the questions still open.

Consent, always

Recording and transcription are off by default, opt-in per room, and visibly indicated to every participant.

Encrypted

Media is encrypted in transit; recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest in your workspace.

You set retention

Admins choose how long recordings, transcripts, and summaries live — or delete any of them instantly.

“We used to lose the third-best idea of every meeting because nobody wrote it down. Now the summary catches it, the task exists before we've stood up, and follow-through stopped depending on memory.”

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is anything recorded without consent?
No. Recording and transcription are off by default and opt-in per room. When active, every participant sees a persistent indicator, and guests are prompted to consent before joining.
Where do recordings and transcripts live?
In your workspace, encrypted at rest. Admins set retention windows, and any participant can request deletion. On self-hosted deployments, everything stays on your infrastructure.
Is meeting content used to train AI models?
No. Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries are processed to serve your workspace only and are never used to train models.
What languages does transcription support?
Transcription supports 12 languages with automatic detection, and summaries are generated in the meeting's dominant language.
Can I edit or delete the AI's notes?
Always. The summary, action items, and any created tasks are yours to edit or delete — the AI drafts, humans decide. Nothing is final until you say so.

Stop taking notes. Start keeping decisions.
