Google Calendar + Remote Desk
Your calendar and your floor, finally in agreement. Connect Google Calendar and every meeting gets a room on the floor automatically. Free/busy flows both ways: your seat says what your calendar knows, and your calendar knows what the floor sees.
What it does
- Every calendar event gets an auto-created room link — joining a meeting is sitting down.
- Free/busy sync: time blocked in Google Calendar shows as Focus on the floor, and vice versa.
- “Suggest a time” reads attendees' availability and proposes slots without leaving the office.
- Meeting rooms open five minutes early with the agenda pinned, and AI notes attach back to the calendar event.
This connects an external service. Meetings, AI notes, tasks, and messaging are built into the office — no integration needed for those.
