Calendly + Remote Desk

External bookings land directly on your floor. Connect Calendly and bookings made by people outside your team become guest-room meetings on the floor — with the room link in the confirmation email and AI notes waiting when it ends.

What it does

  • Each Calendly event type can target a floor room — bookings create a guest space automatically.
  • Invitees get the room link in their Calendly confirmation; no account needed to join as a guest.
  • Your Calendly availability respects your floor status — Focus time stays unbookable.
  • Recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries (with everyone's consent) attach to the booking.

This connects an external service. Meetings, AI notes, tasks, and messaging are built into the office — no integration needed for those.

FAQ

Calendly questions

Do invitees need a Remote Desk account?
No. Bookings open a guest space scoped to that meeting — invitees join from the link in their confirmation email, straight from the browser.
Are external meetings recorded?
Only if the host turns recording on, and every participant sees a clear indicator and consent prompt before anything is captured.
